HOWEVER ... each vendor is independent and may have different hours, please check directly with the vendor to confirm.
PARKING
Parking is free for up to 3hrs with validation. Please bring your ticket inside and validate at the Center City Wine Cellar or ABM kiosk on the first floor near elevator. The parking garage can be accessed via N. Washington Ave. and off Lackawanna Ave. near the bus station.

FROM THE STREET walk straight towards Center Court, take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. Continue to the rear of the building.

FROM THE GARAGE park near the elevator or center escalator (not the Boscov's escalator). If you come up the elevator follow the steps above. If you come up the escalator continue towards Center Court and to the rear of the building.
